We’ve come a long way since the only way to find out information was digging through forums, and you could only send feedback with an email or web form. Over the years we’ve cobbled together different feedback mechanisms to try to improve the process. Starting today, we’re working with a new partner!
Both Spirit Island and Sentinels of the Multiverse now have a new and improved help & feedback system, powered by Helpshift. Use the Help & Feedback button from the in-game or main menu to access FAQs and report problems to us directly in-game. Or you can visit their support portals directly on the web from our Contact page.
The Helpshift system is set up to help you find an answer to your problem even before you contact us, if possible. We’ll be continuing to update and improve the content in the system over time.
If you do need to reach out, press the chat button in the Helpshift window and send us a message. We’ll get back to you within a day or two, right within the game. On iOS and Android, you’ll see an indicator on the Help & Feedback button that we’ve sent you a reply. In future updates we may enable push notifications, so you can see our reply on your phone or tablet just like receiving a text. We’re also looking into adding tighter integration on Steam.
Since this is a new system for us too, please let us know what you think if you use it, and have patience if there are quirks that we need to work out! The goal is to help you find answers sooner and improve the feedback process so we can continue making the games better and better.
One Deck Dungeon, Aeon’s End, and our email support channel will be joining the Helpshift system in the future as well.
