The summer is almost upon us, and Handelabra will be hitting the road! There are 2 shows coming up in the next few months that will require the help of a few good Sentinels to keep them running smoothly.
RTX (Austin, Texas)
- Are you a fan of Sentinels of the Multiverse?
- Do you know the video game well enough to teach it to someone else?
- Do you know the card game well enough to run a game while teaching others?
- Do you enjoy meeting new people and engaging them in conversation?
- Will you be in or around Austin, Texas the weekend of July 1-3?
- Do you want to attend RTX for free?
If your answer to all of the above is yes, volunteer to help us run the booth! Show hours for RTX are:
- Friday, July 1st:
- First shift: 12-3pm
- Second shift: 3-6pm
- Saturday, July 2nd:
- First shift: 9am-1:30pm
- Second shift: 1:30pm-6pm
- Sunday, July 3rd:
- First shift: 9am-1:30pm
- Second shift: 1:30pm-6pm
We are looking for people willing to work at least half of the show in our booth (3 shifts total). Volunteers will be chosen based on qualifications, availability, and our schedule requirements. In exchange for helping out, you will get free admission to the entire show and complete freedom to enjoy it whenever you are not on shift! If you are not local to Austin, it is up to you to handle any travel and/or lodging.

Gen Con (Indianapolis, Indiana)

- First shift: 10am-2pm
- Second shift: 2pm-6pm
- Friday, August 5th:
- First shift: 10am-2pm
- Second shift: 2pm-6pm
- Saturday, August 6th:
- First shift: 10am-2pm
- Second shift: 2pm-6pm
- Sunday, August 7th:
- First shift: 10am-1pm
- Second shift: 1pm-4pm
