Just in time for Christmas!

What do you get when you leave the water boiling for 7 whole days? Lots and lots of STEAM!

We’re happy to announce that Sentinels of the Multiverse is coming to Steam in just one short week! We said you’d be playing by the end of the year, and we weren’t kidding. December 22nd is the date to mark on your calendars.

As many of you know, we’ve been pushing towards the Steam release pretty much ever since we launched on iPad and Android tablets in mid-October. Thanks to you (yes YOU) we were officially Greenlit on Steam on December 5th, clearing the way for us to bring you Sentinels goodness on your PC and Mac. The game will be initially available for Windows and OS X, and later on for Linux/SteamOS.

This version of the game is the same as the one that’s been tearing up tablets since mid-October, but with some extra work to make it PC friendly. We’ll be continuing to update the game with more PC specific features and fixes as we go. The timing couldn’t be better if there’s a Sentinels fan in your life who might want their very own copy of SotM under the digital tree!

Moving at the speed of science

In honor of the Steam launch, The Super Scientific Tachyon is coming out of retirement for a limited time! If you are one of the first 1,000 people to purchase the Steam version and fill out the redemption form in-game, you will receive a FREE Promo card for the Sentinels of the Multiverse Card Game, courtesy of Handelabra Games and Greater than Games. Supplies are limited so be sure to act quickly on launch day!

Other News

The Steam release date is the biggest piece of news today, but don’t forget that version 1.1.1 of the game is available now for iPad and Android tablets (Google Play and Amazon). The 1.1 update brought the first variant cards into the game for free, and 1.1.1 adds a couple more small enhancements as well as a few bug fixes.

We’re also gathering some info from players to help make the game better. If you haven’t yet done so, please visit our survey and tell us what you think.

And finally, for those of you who can never get enough Sentinels, there’s a brand new Sentinels game on Kickstarter right now! Story War: Sentinel Conflict is a creative storytelling game set in the Multiverse we all know and love. If that sounds interesting, check it out!

See you in a week Handelabranauts!
